Yes, right hand side of the steering wheel, lower down near your knee. Square panel with a turnny wheel on. That's your head light adjuster

thought so, just some cars have a little adjuster on the dash somewhere

The ph2 172/182 with xeons have automatic headlight adjustment based on the load on the rear axle.
