hi mate,you seem to be the guru here young man so i have a question i have a 172 sport mk2 im looking at getting the head and cams done is it worth doing both or just flow the head, i await your words of wisdom

I wouldnt bother with the cams as such yet, the VVT system is extreemly simple and you might end up not being satisfied.

A properly worked head with worked inlet manifold (will require the plenham top being cutoff for access and tig welded back on).
