Best earphones for PSP, MP3 etc?

  Mk2 Golf GTI
Been looking at the Shure E2 and E3's, anyoe used them?

http://www.shure.com/psm/earphones/

They're quite expensive but i really want some good earphones that will stay in my ears and sound good too!

I cant get one with the standard ones you get with the PSP or ipods etc, they just done stay on my ear for s**t.

Cool, will look out for some then.

There's a US seller on ebay that has them for around £60 less than UK prices and says he offers a full refund if any customs fees have to be paid.

Dont know what i should do though.

i got my shure ec2's for my ipod ages ago. I can't go back now, hoever, after a long time (3hours plus) they do hurt my ears a little.

IMO, i used to be an audiophile, but dont see the point with mp3 as they are compressed which ruins any sound quality, so why invest in expensive headphones?

There are better things to spend that sort of money on.

We'll have to wait and see but i haven't got anything else to spend money on at the moment!

They're also for use with my PSP and my DJ setup.

i struggle with most headphones becasue of the shape of my inner ear.

I think i did the right thing for me personally, becasue dont feel guilty about buying them, if you know what i mean.

Sometimes when i buy expensive stuff i feel guilty becasue i didnt really want/need it, lol

Soooooo...

how have you get on with these Mr Spirez?

I want some but blatantly can't afford them... LoL

I really like them mate, they're really good when down the gym or on my bike etc, never fall out.

Could be a little more bassy when used on the PSP but i think that's more down to the EQ of the psp rather than the headphones as my Pioneer HDJ-1000 sound a bit low on bass too.

It's gonna be hard to say defo get them though, see i can justify it as i also use them for DJing and when i'm making my own music as it allows me to really listen into the mix and find out where sounds are etc. Also when sampling etc, you are listening to the whole of the actual sound, not the representation you would hear due to room size etc, if you get me? I cant expalin it that well, lol

Basically speakers are subjective to room shape, size and acoustic properties. These just let you hear what you need to.

Sorry for going off on a tangent, but basically i love them
