Where can I can Meguiars All Purpose cleaner?
As my belts need doing quite badly, well the drivers does anyway! Every Halfords I've been to its not there
and this is someone that I really want to do tbh.
Is it just a case of rubbing it in and sponging it off?

APC
No used the APC but AG Interior Shampoo is basically what you say above for applying.
