Best Wash & Wax

Hi,

It's about time I replace my existing Mer range with something different (I've been using MER for the last 6 years)...I hear good things about AG and Megs but I'm not sure which brand to go for...

Can you please tell me the best Wash and Wax to buy? I'm not after anything stupidly expensive but would like something that works well...

What would you recommend?

Also, whats the best tyre blacker to buy?

CG Citrus wash n gloss in my opinion is a fantastic choice of shampoo and for you tyres CG New Look Trim Gel

By doing this will you get noticibly better results than just a wash and wax using a good brand?

Definately better results, for a good finish it's all in the prep.

Have a look at this thread of Rich's which shows you how good it can look when looked after and prepared well.

I own a Platinum Grey LCR...Not sure whether I will notice the difference?!

The citrus wash n gloss is a wash n wax type of product but you will still need to wax the car to get the full benefit

Wash and wax in a one step another vote for the Chemical Guys Wash'n'wax

Seperate Wash and Wax

Wash - Duragloss Shampoo or Sonax Gloss Shampoo

Wax - Chemical Guys 50/50 or Swissvax Onyx depeding on your Budget.
