big problem with itunes............

when i start the programme the screen saying "this programme has had to close" comes up before the programme even opens???????! im really confused.........

Do you get a small MS-DOS box quickly flash up or dl.exe trying to run?

I had a similar problem when I managed to get a virus

search for 'dl.exe' and def perfrom a full virus scan

oh...I had to re-install to fix

Go to add/remove programs and delete it.

Trouble is you'll never ever get rid of it fully

completely delete it and re install it and download it again.

Gabi, i use a pc at work and mac at home, considering selling the mac for a high spec dual core machine. much easier to use.
