Bin and Cue file - what next??

Hi,
just downloaded some software and after unzipping the file iv now got a bin.file and cue.file - im stuck as what to do next.

thats an image file, you need to burn it to disk with something like dvddecrypter or nero etc

i put in on disk using roxio but that didnt work - is daemon tool any good?

I use Daemon Tools for everything.

I even use it to run BF2, I have a tiny little image which saves messing with changing CD's etc

I've tried the others and still go back to it

(Just my findings though)

Install daemon tools, right click the icon in the taskbar and mount the image - runs just like a cd then

Blast from the past here, but I didnt want to start a new thread when I didnt need to.

Is the Daemon tools lite version free and also can it just play .bin files without burning to CD/DVD??

The latest versions of Daemon tools has spyware in it so I was told by a colleague... Don't know if it is true or not but I am using Slysoft Virtual Clone Drive these days. Its free and works perfectly, and yes, you use it to "mount" DVD/ CD image files without having to burn them first.

Just mount the image and off you go.

Daemon tools is fine. I've been using it for years. When installing just untick all of extra options like the toolbar etc. This wil cut down the risk of any spyware issues, not that I've had any!!
