can you only d/l one torrent at a time or can bittorrent do multiple torrents at a time?

cheers.

you can do many, which is often a wise move if you have a torrent running that doesnt have many seeds as you can leave it running in the background whislt your other "more popular" torretns run.

I suggest your torrent client may be slightly s**t, try Azeurus (check spelling)

once you have one running, drag one that isn't on top of it and it will ask if you want to stop the first one, click no and both will download.

Or, double click on the torrent file, it'll load up in the bittorrent window thing but not do anything. Right click on it and select 'download' and it'll start. This is how it works for me anyway.

Might consider giving azureus a miss as it runs using java and slows down your machine considerably, (unless its a beast!).
I use bitcomet and it works fine allowing multiple downloads and fine tuning of port selection (if needed).
