Blackberry contacts, saving and transferring?

So as most know I have given up with the Storm and received my iPhone from a member off here not too long ago.

However, I currently have a 250 sim card that is being upgraded by Vodafone this week. Now I have around 500 contacts from work on my BB, but can only copy one at a time to the sim card directory. Is there away of copying a file of contacts over from a plugged in/backed up Blackberry to my iPhone? The only file I can see is a full back up of everything from contacts to data files etc.

Any help appreciated.

I use Google sync. When I swapped from a Nokia to an iPhone I just sync'd them all up with that, and back to my iPhone.

It's really handy, as now all my contacts are both on my phone and in my Gmail account. I also use the Google Calendar too.
