boot central locking problem

Have a slight problem, my boot no longer works with central locking. I've no idea why its not working but I have recently been fiddling with putting a different head unit in from my other car, I don't know if this would have affected it. Does anyone know about the wiring for the boot's central locking? Its a mk1 ph3 by the way.
