Bora got low..

Took delivery of some nice engine spacers in the week so fitted them this weekend. You can hardly see my sump anymore..

With my sump out the way there was nothing stopping
me taking her right down. There's a couple of threads on
the front left and the rear adjusters out. I just need some proper wheels now. I don't know how long she'll stay this low though..haha

It could do with some 215s and 15mm spacers on the rear but I'm going to wait for wheels first.

Im really not sure on wheels tbh. its the most important part of the car so its going to take time to decide. I love BBS LM's but theyre so common its untrue..

I keep getting tempted to sell for a more track orientated car though. Like a cupra or 172 as my mates are going to the combe more and more.

Indeed and i know it. The only saving grace of these is that they are 8.5's..but they need to go. I'm thinking red centred splits. Edition is coming up so i'll take some cash with me. Looking for a discret fmic too.

Thanks Ali. Yeah it doenst look madly low but its harder to get a bora lower. Its -100+ but with the sump raised still 100% useable on a daily basis. It looks just right now imo. Sits nice but doesnt look broken.

Mat, na i did once upon a time think about going satin black with the wheels but tbh i just cant be assed to do anything with them. I'll await new wheels. plus black wheels are over done.

How have you taken the adjusters out on the front? :/. I have about 2 and a half inches to wind down on mine but only about an inch and a half clearance on the front bumper!

Also, do those spacers mean that your ARB grind even more now?

I have a uprated ARB now mate so no issues. The spacer actually level the driveshafts out.

Oh and i meant the rear adjusters..lol! The fronts i have about 2 threads left..
