Bosch super-4 spark plugs for valver

The sparks I have now are v.worse for wear. Basically if its less than 16degrees the car doesn't fire.
I went on ebay and these bosch super-4 ones looked good. Does it make much difference? I've already replaced all the leads, and checked the dizzy cap, which looks to be in pretty decent condition.

Any replies much appreciated.
