Brake fluid location ?

on my 2001 mk2 ph2 1.2 16v

as i dont have a clue about engines :eek:

where is this located and were would i get some brake flud? halfords?

and how much do i put in etc...

looking from the front of the engine, its on the rear left, hidden down the side/back, yes dot4 brake fluid from hlfords or motor world type place, there is a min and max mark on the bottle, although you may need to clean it because the outside the bottle gets shitty and you cant see them!

I disagree MRBILLYUK, im more than able to do alot of mechanical work on my car, but without taking that engine cover off, its almost impossible to see! even i had to ask! Most stupidly placed resevoir EVER made

Its not that bad there are worse.

I was referring to the question do Halfords sell brake fluid .

Brake fluid reservoir is here . As stated you have to remove the engine cover to gain access .
