The did cut our B/B off a couple of years ago without warning. We got back from our honeymoon and it was off. That took about 2 weeks to sort out and they didnt give us any money back. I think they can give you somethink like £10 per day its off if you complain enough.
Cant get cable here. We are moving towards TW soon. Might be able to get it there.
My nans got V+ and I just cant get on with it. Sky is much better..
OOO dont even get me started on bt there utter shite, long story short they fucked up are broadband as usual and didnt end up fixing it for like 4 months and then they had the cheek to continue billing even tho we had no broadband.
