CAN I USE ANYONE ELSE AND GET AWAY FROM BT, TODAY THEY CUT ME OFF BY MISTAKE AND JNOW DONT HAVE A LINE FOR 10-14DAYS?!?!?!?!?!?

SAID I WILL CANCEL WITH THEM IF NOT SORTED TODAY BUT WHO ELSE CAN I USE?

Thats life. I use virgin media. The only downside is that they don,t support caller id.

pmsl bill's are all up to date lol, going with virgin i think, 8mb bb and phone for £19.99 pm, bargain,

The did cut our B/B off a couple of years ago without warning. We got back from our honeymoon and it was off. That took about 2 weeks to sort out and they didnt give us any money back. I think they can give you somethink like £10 per day its off if you complain enough.

Cant get cable here. We are moving towards TW soon. Might be able to get it there.

My nans got V+ and I just cant get on with it. Sky is much better..

unless you move to virgin and use their own cable it will still be supplied via a BT line.

Virgin do support caller ID, ring em up and you can get it.

Been with BT for 6 years! only ever had ONE problem and that was sorted out promptly! (outside line damage)

Trust me they are one ofthe better ones to deal with! just say you use the net for banking etc and you will get compensation for "downtime"

OOO dont even get me started on bt there utter shite, long story short they fucked up are broadband as usual and didnt end up fixing it for like 4 months and then they had the cheek to continue billing even tho we had no broadband.
