would i have any problems fitting bucket seats into my clio mk2

It's an easy job to do tbh shouldnt take you more than an hour to swap the seats over. However if I were you I'd see if you have anyone local with buckets fitted and see if you can sit in a few before you decide what seats to go for. They seem to vary alot in what height they sit in the car and you could end up with a bad seating position. When I fitted mine I had to have the cobra extra low custom subframes because the way the seats fitted with the standard ones was too high for me (6ft3)
