Bugs stuck on the radiator

How do i get these off?

Tried scrubbing them off with a brush but they're really stuck on, wont budge. I'm also not sure what I can/cant use on the radiator without damaging it.

Tried something like Poorboys Bug Squash sprayed on?

Not yet, because I didnt want to spray anything on incase it caused any damage.

I just use a paintbrush and some quick detailer.
