Bump Strips mk2

Ive been trying to search for advice on this, but no luck.

I simply want to know how these come off, do they just pull off, or like with some other cars do they slide and then off??

Advice please i want to spray em!

The fronts open the door then try and get your finger behind the back of the door strip and slide it towards the rear of the car. The rears do the same but slide finger under front of strip and slide to front of car.

do the backs work the smae even on a 5 door or do they come off backwards like the fronts do?

Im sure the 5 door is the same but you can check by seeing which way they slide.
