Bumper Painting Costs

does anybody know if a bumper respray will cost more if going for a complete colour change?

i need a new ph1 172 rear bumper...is it cheaper to titanium silver respray a bumper that is already silver...or will it cost the same to respray a red bumper to titanium silver?
