The door strips are held by a torx bit. Open the door, near the lock mechanism there is a plastic bung. Remove this. There is a Torx 20 inside. Remove this (CAREFULLY!) i dropped mine in the door
. Then push the whole strip towards the back of the car. The rears, remove rear speakers, then you'll see the clips in the rear quaterpanels (x2). Squeeze them togeter with some pliers or something, then push out the clips.
