Thought id post this for a giggle.
We didn't practice a stop in full race gear before Brands, just a few slow run throughs to figure out the best way to do to do belts etc.
Brands Hatch stop took us around 40seconds.
After this practice at Anglesey prequalifying, we found out we had done it wrong at Brands. We have to be at a complete stop before even slackening the belts off and be strapped in tight before starting the engine again. managed 23seconds in the race a fully legal stop as an official was stood right next to us.
We reckon 20seconds is do'able
