bushes and shocks

thinking about replacing front and rear shocks, all suspension bushes, engine bushes and gearbox bushes. basically want to know where to go? and how much should i expect to pay? its for a 172 cup

What bushes are recommended? ANyone got a diagram? My 172 is vague, needs new shocks but I'm not sure what bushes are there and are they all replaceable?

Nope, think the kamskill one includes the dogbone mount.

kl, what other ones do i need then to have them all? i.e engine mounts? really aint to clued up on this stuff, ill just be handing everything over to my cousin when i get it lol

got it, so i get the engine and gearbox mount for £175, then what else do i need? the pollypush kit from kam racing? i can see my bank balance taking a hit shortly ha
