what do you recon to me buying a smashed up car and fixing it?

or would you save and just buy a decent 1

depends if you have the tools, skills, facilities and time to repair a damaged one.

Plus you need the ability to survay what a car needs doing before you part with your cash.

If your not 100% confident with all of the above, then i would wait, save and buy a 'decent' one.

Inded unless you have access to cheap parts, someone who knows what their doing and a place to store the vehicle while you sort it out, I'd stick to buying a decent one.

Do the simple thing and easier and a working car you'll do better working at Tesco etc any paying for a fixed car then trying to do it yourself ok you might learn how to do stuff but buying and paying for a right car as such it much better an idea.
