Cambelt change on valver?

Thinking about getting the cambelt changed on my valver, as it's done 30k since it was last changed. How many miles is it usually before it should be changed? Is it worth spending a bit more and getting a uprated one just for piece of mind? K Tec do one me thinks, cheers, Matt

72k or 5 years (recommended).. I'd never leave it that long tho.

I defo wouldnt go over the reccomended miles before you change it. Mine snapped on 70k just before I was going for my 72k change!
Renault sell a kit with the new tensioner that you should get changed aswell.
