Cambelt North East?

Hey, I know theres hundreds of posts about cambelt I have look but can't really find anything on a 1.4.

I need it changing cars on 50k and is on a 53 plate with no record of it been done. Got a quote from a garage which was £230 for aux and cambelt replaced.

Just how much im looking to pay on a 2004 1.4 and if anyone knows any where good in the North East/Middlesbrough area?
