Can you remove the vent without removing the dash?

Can you remove the vent on the right of the the dash without actually removing the dash? I know the headlight adjuster panel pops out easy and you can get your hand behind the vent area but can it be taken out somehow?

Mk2? I think they're clipped to the top of the dash from behind, top of the dash comes off quite easily though. Dead easy to get the side vents off then, I replaced one on my 182.

Dash top is easy. It’s not the whole dash
