Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

A fuse?! There's no need for a fuse at all! Did you buy it from ktec? If so they're setup includes a fuse and the resistor is wired onto 1 side of it.

Have you got a Maplins nearby?

Nope, I have a resistor but I've figured it out to be 100ohm. If you know anything about them, here's a pic

Bugger. What about a 1 ohm? If I don't use anything in a worst case scenario, I can just get the airbag reset and chuck the right resistor in after right? Or have I missed something?

Thanks for the quick reply too!

Ok cheers guys for the help, I wasn't trying to bodge, just trying to make sure nothing would f**k up. I wish I had a maplins nearby, even though I don't know what it is.
