Car dead ???

Hi there just gorn to lunch and the Clio 172 Mk1 would not rev and with foot hard down nothing was going on ??? Is this a coil pack or does any one have any information on this . The car has had a serivce with new plugs leads and fuel filter about 2 month ago ???

Yeah i think it might be as my sister has a 1.4 Clio and her one did the same thing . Just Std plugs so dont think its them

O and the car is on 107K miles

O and its only doing it when its cold when been driving for about 7-10 min its fine ?????

could be coolant temp sensor or lambda. Needs plugging in to diagnostics to see what the sensors are doing

Well have just order new coil pack for £30 so hope that is the problem if not will try the lambda . Not sure now if coil pack is at fault as its fine when warm and been driving for 10 min ????

As the nice man said, take it somewhere to be plugged in and interrogated.
