Carpeting Ice in Boot

I have a amp in the boot, without overheating it, how would i go about carpeting it, and also where can i get the carpet from?

Build a false floor and you can get acoustic carpet from ebay for fairly cheap then get a staple gun with 1/2" staples to fix it to the wood, jobs a good'n.
