CD Changer for Pioneer DEH-P6000UB?

Would i be able to use another make CD changer with this head unit because the Pioneer CD changer does not have mp3 playback?

I mean an Alpine CD changer with Pioneer head unit?

And will this Pioneer head unit fit into my 03 Clio?

do you not use the usb facility, i have this same HU.

use the USB, get a simple 2-4-6-8-16-32 Gb memo stick and lob all your tunes on one of them.

i was thinking of doing the same but since have sorted a usb flash drive and its so much better

could even buy an external hardrive, thats what im gonna do soon.

350gb for about £70. powered by the usb cable. can keep thousands of track on it that way, much better than any cd changer

I haven't got it yet but that sounds like a good idea. When you use the usb function, does it sort it into folders? I make my own car cd compilations so say if just made 5 folders one for each of my compilations, could I then set it to play the music from that folder?
