CD Changer Question

Ive got a Panasonic head unit, and i have since acquired a pioneer cd changer will they be compatible or will i need a connector of some sort??

I was considering buying a Panasonic headunit a while back but I was told that if I did so, my existing Pioneer cd changer wouldnt be compatible. Im not sure if you could buy some sort of adaptor though.

im 99% sure you cant buy adapters id sell 1 of them and replace it so there the same make
