CD Changer??

I have a clio privilege Mk3??

I wondered if i could fit a cd changer or is it at factory only?? it already has a cd player, i would want a genuine renault one

im not sure would of thougth you could be able to. if your interested i have a blaupunkt 10cd changer worth 200 quid for sale if you want it, just need rid of it.

will it go into the standard unit? where would it fit? I believe the renault one goes under the drivers seat

only renault changer will work with renault radio

Ok turns out my car is a mk2 ph2 with a tuner list cd player, is this cd changer compatible?

Only the OE Renault changers are compatible with Renault head units. No adaptors yet exist to enable the use of aftermarket changers.

great, that is the one, but what headunit will you need? i have a clio with a tunerlist head unit

The tunerlist will be fine with that changer as its the standard fit one.

If you get a changer make sure it comes with the cable - it plugs in at the back of the head unit, dead easy - the cables can be £30 on their own.

yea its got the cable, will it just replace the under seat storage on the passenger side? No drilling involved?? lol

Also does the wire go under the door rubber or down the centre console

£67 for the cable from Renault last time I checked.

No drilling needed the cabel should route round the side of the car then up round the top of the dasboard( but under the dash top as such) then down to the back of the stearo but thata lot of effort you can just thread it up the center console as such if you want.
