CD Drive problem

Cant seem to copy any music onto CD anymore. I currently just use itunes to copy music onto CD and about a minute or two in an error message appears. How can I tell if its a problem with my drive or not? can anyone recommend a good cd burning programme so i could try and see if thats the problem!?

What's the error message ? Most error messages usually relate to a dirty lens or cheap media . Things like power calibration error is a dirty lens .

Try typing the error message into google . The chances are your not alone and others will have had the same problem and possibly the solution .

I just use nero to make either audio cd's or mp3 cd's .
