Central locking not working

Hi my central locking has stopped working with both keys. Ive had the key checked and the battery and signal r fine, so i have been told to re programme the car to the key. Any ideas how u do this? Thankd

This happened on my mum's clio, I disconnected the battery for 5 mins and it works fine now.

This happened on my car. One of the wires had snapped under the door pannel. Worth taking a look and see if they are ok.
