Centre vents removing

Hi damaged 1 of the central air vents in the 172.Do these come out easy with dash off or do they have to be cut out and replaced

They're moulded on to the lower half of the dash, so pretty sure you'd need to chance it all.

Have a lower dash here going spare, let me know if you want it and I'll pop it up. Will only end up in the skip as I've no need of it.
