Changing Centre Bore?

I currently have some clio fitment 2118's, so et43, 4 x100 pcd & centre bore of 60.1.

How would i go about fitting these to an Mx5 with similar ET & pcd, but with a centre bore of 54.1?

you need 60.1-54.1 (6mm) spigot rings, cost pennys on ebay..
