I personally think Sony are at the lower end in the terms of sound quality. It depend how fussy you are. I'd personally go for Alpine or Pioneer a close second.

That looks okay, the more you spend the more features you're going to get. Same with anything really.

I think you may have take the outer casing off the Renault head unit, I don't think they have a manual release.
