Chips and scratches

Any ideas for getting the below out? in regards to the scratch and chip on the left hand side of the door

polish should do it mate, doesnt look too deep

tried that mate sorry should of made myself clear.

Basically the scratch i can get my nail in it iev tried meg scratch x/polish doesnt seem to do anything.
the chip i would say looks worse in the picture its quite small.

not sure if touch up paint would do the job.

Touch up paint using a c0cktail stick , build it up in layers , wet sand it with 1500 or 200 grit then polish it up with megs scratch x .
