i had a go at renault and my dealer about the fact my bonnet chips like butter, even though it had a full respray done by the garage and they wouldnt touch the stone chips i had, because its due to the acrylic paint

itll just be a brown stonechip, leave it a couple of weeks and youll get the runny rust effect cus of all this sh*t weather, few months itll scab abit, then after that itll start gettin deeper n deeper n biting away more n more of your metal on the bonnet.

you dont wanna hear this as youve just got them out, but ide get the bonnet painted while its just a small bit of rust. chipsaway wouldnt have told you this, they wanna get rid of the chips they can do, f**k off and leave you with rust knowin full well you cant get rid of it
