Nice little selection of cars we took to the XK70 event at Shelsley Walsh last summer.
From left to right:
1954 Jaguar D-Type; came 3rd at 24hours of Le Mans in 1954 (Est value: £14m)
1964 Jaguar E-Type 'Linder Nocker'; competed in the 1964 24 of Le Mans but failed to finish due to a stiff gearbox mount causing the Bell housing to crack. Later crashed at the Montlhery circuit killing the driver along with 3 Marshalls. It was restored in 2011 after 7000 hours of work and won Restoration of the Year. (Est value: £8m)
1956/7 Jaguar XK140 Le Man: (can't remember the exact year) competed at Le Man but did not finish, also competed at classic Le Man in 2010. (Est value: 1m)
1954 Jaguar XK120 Pininfarina: a 1/1 car designed off of the XK120 by Pininfarina. The cars restoration was finished in 2017 after just over 6700 hours of labour. It won Restoration of the Year 2017. (Est value: £2.2m)
