Clayed My Car for the second time - Advice needed

Was a nice day so i decided to go the whole hog as i could see major tag spots and the paintwork wasnt as smooth as it was previously.

So whipped out the clay ready for doing the car.
Now this is my method of doing it.

Ferecla Products

Ferecla shampoo
Meguiars Quick Clay Kit
Ferecla Microfibers x2
Ferecla Wax-Top

Now, washed the car in the shampoo, looked really good, then got the clay out.
Started heating the clay up in my hand, got a nice edge and started on the car, constantly keeping the warm water around the area i was claying.
Dried the car then applied my Wax-Top and car is looking great and really clean.

Now my issue is that i still have some larger deposits of tar i think it is, i managed to get most of it off, but still the bits of tar annoy me.

So maybe the clay kit isnt the best, i do not know, as it the second time i have clayed the car. First clayed it when i recieved the car.
Panels are really good to touch and a smooth finish around them again.

What is my next stage? To get a better or "tougher" clay to try on the car?

What brand? How much? Where from?

Clay is not the best way to remove tar, shearing it off is never the most effective or most paint friendly way - get a decent tar remover.

Some of the spots isnt actual tar, some of it is cement, which is a real pain to get off, dont know how i got it on the car.

So clay isnt the answer, what next then? I need a good clay as i dont think the meguires is up to much.

Suggestions for clay and ill go try SRP.

I reallt like the megs white clay. I wouldnt want to use clay on cement though.. probably best to pick it off the hard way
