claying

  Clio
hey guys, with french car show coming up I will be claying my car very shortly, recently I have had some colour coding done, just wondering, would it be wise to keep away from these freshly painted parts?? Its not like they will need any claying as they were only painted a few weeks ago.

cheers, Mike

Check the painted parts first, if they feel gritty clay them. Hand in a plastic bag after washing - will allow you to feel any contaminents on the paint
