Clean up Mac

I need to rid my macbook of some crap. Apparently i have 153GB of 'other' on my memory. Where should i start i literally have no idea!

Clean My Mac, lifetime sub is about £15 IIRC.

Is that a real thing? I just thaught it was something nasty as it just pops up on different websites!

i use omni disk sweep and delete the unnecessary bits - seems to do a great job
