  Car SOLD :-(
Personally, wouldn't recommend it. I have one. I'm ultra careful with mine, a bonnet sensor went south after just over a year, and the fobs are very femmer (£50 to replace).
Get the auto arm set to 1 min as 30 secs isn't enough. Avoid the auto lock, as it'll be all to easy to lock the keys in!

who would you recommend

tbh, i don't know. all i know is people have had endless problems with cliffords becaus ethey can be over complicated to install. I know of at east 5 places local to me that now refuse to sell clifford.

If you get a fitter with many years experience then its should be okay, but i'm sure evem they will tell you that there is better quality stuff out there.

yer clifford wont sell the alarms to just n e one, has to be a proper place that knows what there doing . and yes there are far too many settings if u ask me , but if u have a laptop u can do all settings from that, if not its counting led flash`s to go through menus , not ideal but works

yes i had a faulty bonnet switch , which got replaced for free , if u make sure u slap some vasalene on it it should be ok.

You need a pro to install any alarm. The alarm is only as good as the instalelr fitting it!

jayxx83, yes of course but you need a super pro to understand cliffords wiring and setup!

If the guy whos fitting it sounds like he knows what he's doing then it should be fine. As mentioned a few people round here who are still on Cliffords site now refuse to sell. Some that I spoke to decided to give me 30 mins on teh phone about there experiences, even though i'd made it clear I wasn't buying :|

saner id like that i want something thats going to work or there is no point in buying it really lol 325 isnt a small amount of cash really.

alot of brands are owned by directelectronics clifford things like viper and hornet car alarms
