Clio 172 182 Throttle Body - What do the numbers mean?

Hi Guys,

Just looking for some help please.
What do the numbers on the second row refer to, some kind of date code?

Also what does the I,II,III mean, is it the revision number?

01.46.3 I
02.45.4 II
02.24.5 III
