Clio 172 engine noise

Hi guys,
I have just bought this Clio 172 and just changed an injector which was faulty. The car is running smoother now although the engine seems to make a whiring noise and you can also hear a belt squeak in the background. Could anybody tell me what they think the issue might be please?

The squeak will be a pulley or the tensioner. The whirring could be the power steering pump but could also be belt related.

Sounds like it could do with a service.
