Clio 182 weird rattle from engine 5-6k

Well my Clio 182 has developed a noise coming from the engine. It sounds perfect lower in the rev range. it's just when revving hard or accelerating. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

This may sound stupid but is it your heat shield under the car? My Bros mr2 made this exact noise and it was a loose bit of shield.

Hard to tell from the quality of sound but check water pump.

check fuel rail cover is tight

Fuel rail guard is solid. Everything seems tight. just spent an hour looking at it. I'm hoping it isn't internally damaged [emoji30]
