Clio centre Console Head Unit

I have a renault clio 2015 s medianav and I was wondering if I could replace the whole centre console and head unit for one of a newer clio from 2017 onwards which would have android auto. has anyone done this or know if it is possible if I bought a untit from a breakers yard. Thanks

I know rlink supports android auto but I'm not sure if it's interchangeable with medianav or if the wiring loom is different.

Your 2015 will likely be medianav 1, medianav evolution didn't support rlink but there is a later model from 2019 I believe that looks like medianav evolution but supports android auto as it runs on android rather than windows CE, this is interchangeable with medianav units so you just need to find a 2019 car
