Clunking noise when people are in the back

Every time I have any passengers in the back of my car it makes a horrible clunking noise (before any one says it they're not fat) I don't think its the heat shield so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be? It's very annoying!

Is your car lowered? if so good chance its the exhaust banging mine does the same

My guess is the exhaust mounts are knackered and the exhaust is knocking on the rear beam.

Yup, more than likely the above... my car is lowered and my mounts are shot and the exhaust slams on the rear beam all the time. Currently fixing!

Same I have tried to find some up rated mounts but can't find any.
