combining car no claims and bike no claims

hi guys my insurance is due to expire soon and i need to renew it. the thing is i have4 years car no claims and 2 years bike no claims so was hoping to combine the both of them to get a cheaper qoute. do any of you know places that do this as ive just rang tesco which i thought did it and it turns out they dont. bummer.
any advice appreciated cheers phill

Not heard of being able to do that before, don't imagine it's possible either.

i'm with Tesco and they combined my bike no claims (from driving a scooter for 2 years) with my 1 years car no claims

so even though i've only been driving 2 n half year i have got 3 years no claims

not all companys do it though

Wish I had known this before I just bought my insurance
Got 3 years NCB on a scooter. Never knew you could transfer it.

i thought tesco did.how wierd they told me you couldnt. did you have to do anything special to get that young lew or did you just send you scooter no claims proof through to them. cheers

Yep my tesco bike ncb are combined with my car good ol tesco there the best.

i was insured by carole nash before on my scooter so when my renewal came through confirming i had 2 years no claims with them i just sent that off to tesco.

I don't know how it would work if i was to change insurance company though as i have more years no claims than i have years driving experience lol

yeah im woth directline and mine are combined aswell i got 3 years no claims on my bike and it took my insuracne down shite loads

cool i will probably end up ringing again to try confirm this. if anybody else knows of places or has done the same then any info would be great. only problem im thinking ill have is that my bike no claims are through equity red star and car no claims are through elephant. so if i try to combine both with tesco they might say no.fingers crossed :S
