Connecting Canon 350D to MBP problem

When I try to connect my camera to my MBP, it's not being recognised at all. Nothing pops up on my MBP and even when I go to Image capture it still doesn't show up.

I've had a fiddle with the connection settings on the camera, tried different modes etc and still no joy. Sometimes on the camera it says 'busy' when it's connected other times it doesn't.

I've had a browse online and it seems others have this problem but even after trying out their solutions I'm still stuck with my problem. Lol

Try a different usb cable

One of my usb cables doesn't work with my 7D - but one does. Bit weird

Get an SD/CF reader... bout £2.99 from amazon.

Hang on 350D is SD card isn't it?
MBP's have an sd card reader built in?

Tried a different lead and boom - popped up within 2seconds Thanks.
